Ausbildung Milchtechnologe/-in
Milchtechnologen verarbeiten Rohmilch zu verschiedensten Milcherzeugnisse wie Joghurt, Butter und Käse. Sie planen und überwachen Abläufe in der Milchverarbeitung bis hin zur Verpackung und Lagerung der Produkte.
